About Come:Unity Arts
Come:Unity Arts (C:UA) is a non profit organisation based in Birmingham. Our artists run an annual calendar of events, including a wide ranging programme of seminars, workshops and networking events for creatives, individuals and companies at local venues in the Birmingham locale. We are committed to providing access to creative ideas and entrepreneurial talent, ensuring the long term creative future of inner city Birmingham.
Board members are artists and service users from the local community. Our aims are to:
· encourage a holistic approach to community health and wellbeing
· use art as a way of looking at the mind, body and soul with a goal of stress-free, peace filled living
· raise self esteem through participation
· encourage community ownership
· introduce contemporary artwork of different forms to new audiences of all ages and abilities
