I am a home brewer, control line modeller, and rail enthusiast who lives in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, Australia. My most serious current hobby is all-grain home brewing, for which I have won awards at club and state competition level. Recently I have returned to control line aeromodelling (or U-control as some Americans call it) and am having an absolute blast! I never entirely lost interest in control line, and still have all of my old engines including sundry Cox .049s which I started with at 12 years of age, the English PAW 19DS diesel that was my first "big" engine, and the OS MAX-S .35 control line stunt engine that was a present from my late grandfather.
