Hi Kent,
Would this method work on the later (93) 190E? There's no plastic cover on my lower blade assembly (as on older models) as described in Haynes. Slight prying didn't work, as you indicate. Also, what kind of oil would you use there for the routine service you suggest? Thanks in advance.
