How about this MacFlanahan? Go spar with The Turk and then see if you need proof that it doesn't work. *I* myself have been performing WC for many years and have met few who could take me. I'm much older now and my reflexes are going and I still don't get much trouble.

You've got to remember, this is the MTV generation. Who cares if the singer sings good as long as they look good trying.
As for me, they've got to sound good first and look good second. And Maria Callas wins on both accounts. She's got that extra virtuosity that puts the icing on the cake.
