To be honest, I've taken up Karate as a kid and I was already had my yellow belt back in 2000 when I first saw this. Apparently, I knew right away that it was bullshit. And my instructor ended up backing that claim.

I remember this! I saw this in TWMAV back in '05. And it's pretty obvious due to the commentary. That definitely hurt. If that kid's arm wasn't on the way, then it would've taken the guy a split second to break her neck.
