Rock Running Underwater
About 4 years ago, I started rock running underwater in La Jolla at one of my main photography spots. I have been doing water photography of surfing and ocean sports for close to 10 years.
I was amazed at the absolute benefit of this training and conditioning of your mind, breath, and body. Rock Running Underwater is by far the complete full body workout incorporating the cardio of swimming, treading water, and rock running with the low impact environment of doing weight lifting and squats underwater. Then their is the lung capacity expansion and also the panic response training.
