in my observation, not sure if correct. but i think more the more wealthy the area, or a city. the more western influence or culture there is. and more civilized people. dont think its a coincidence that middleastern countries with highest gdp per capita are most democratic and liberal. beirut, UAE, kuwait. all nice places to visit or stay even for westerners. here in thailand im friends with a pro bodybuilder, dennis james. i train with him alot around. he's been to kuwaita bunch of times. he's like a celebrity there. they have a huuuuge poster of him outside the gym. he was showing me. ill try to get the picture for you. was one of the best gyms ive ever seen too. maybe ill visit. he's actually there now and going to move to kuwait. hopefully he'll keep his house here in pattaya.
