Journeys for a Lifetime

A program that takes North American teens and youth, in small chaperoned groups to Poland, on 12 day Journeys for a Lifetime, empowering them to fulfill the fantasies and dreams of terminally-ill children facing circumstances beyond imagination, in their homes and hospitals.

Live the Dream Experience

A program for terminally-ill children from Eastern Europe who wish to visit other places in the world and have their dream experiences fulfilled. North American teens and youth join CFKI to act as hosts and tour guides.

CFKI is also the international representative of Fundacja Dziecieca Fantazja, the Polish foundation for terminally-ill children.
