@Lamontekid, he isn't yelling at them so much as pointing out areas for improvement. If he never did, they'd never improve. If you decide to sugarcoat it and tell them they're doing everything perfectly, he'd be doing them a disservice by letting them be bad and stay bad. This vid is good coaching.
