Hi to who ever is reading this.
I have been a member on Youtube for a year. I changed my user name and started a new channel just for my weight loss journey. While I'm on the fence about having WLS, I need to start doing something to stop gaining.
I'm a starver. I go all day without eating and then about 4pm I eat and again at 8pm. I don't stuff myself, but I know I'm not eating healthy. My body has decided not to let go of any fat because I have trained it that way.
Losing weight is hard. Eating is an addiction. You have to eat to live. That is exactly what I need to learn. How to eat to live! So here I am. This is the year. No more weight gain.
I really hope that no one I know finds this channel. I live in a small town and everyone already knows too much about me. I hope I can just keep this part of my life private and just between all the youtubers that I have subscribed to.
I have some videos I uploaded on my other channel http://www.youtube.com/cnelife They are of my family and I was just trying to learn the basics of uploading.

I am a nurse and work part time. I am mostly stranded at home hence the name CNELIFE. Being stranded and stressed cause a 150+ weight gain over the past 20 years. It's time to lose it!
