I'm unsure what y'all mean by "cover"? Steve Ellis wrote this for the Ellis album 'Riding on the crest of a slump' didnt he? It's appeared on his solo albums 'A Sort of Innocence' [2003] & 'Best of Days' [2008 same t/listing as ASOI] re-done & still as beautiful & haunting. What a vocal..!
