Very true. Nick was a great artist who died way too young. He had a lot of potential, but it never was fully realised. Ian Curtis was another terrific pioneer of music...also gone too soon. However these artist's work will live on, which is always something to talk about :)

Great to hear you're getting into Ryan's music. You have excellent taste in style and music. As you are probably aware...I totally worship his music! He's my all time favourite songwriter (even more so than Robert). If you can, check out his recent album "Ashes & Fire" and also his earlier work with Whiskeytown. His solo album "Demolition" is also a classic album, as well as his breakthrough album "Heartbreaker". Yes I know of Nick Drake...he was a very good artist. Another one gone too young.

Thanks Rodrigo. I'm ok thanks...hope you are ok as well :) I agree, Ryan's version of Wonderwall is terrific. His live versions are great as well. Nice to see you have the original Ryan Adams album version up and running, from his "Love Is Hell" album. Even Noel Gallagher admits he loves Ryan's version of Wonderwall, and Noel wrote it!

Hello Rodrigo. Congrats...they are coming to Portugal for Optimus Alive. Well done on scoring the tickets! I was going to try and get tickets to the recent London gig, but they sold out very fast. I hate school pictures too. I always look bad in mine, so I usually just throw them away. If my kids want to know what I looked like in high school I'll just tell them "What I look like right now, but younger." Lol.

I know how you feel. I hate it when people take pictures of me and when they tell me to smile. I usually make a weird face to ruin the picture, lol:P I especially hate it when people take random pictures of me. When they do, I'm usually in the middle of saying something and my eyebrows are furrowed. Nice Rob background by the way. I need to change mine...

No worries at all! I totally understand about your situation. I've sent out loads of compilation albums (one to Adrienne, plus a Cure package which I'm adding to) but mainly of Ryan Adams concert CDs to various YT friends, plus some Placebo ones as well. Enjoy the vinyl. Sherrie's avatar of her little girl with a vinyl copy of Disintegration is terrific. To me, that is THE bible of albums. A true masterwork. Best regards from Cure Country ;)
