Nov 20, 2011: SANDLIN files another APPEAL asking for a NEW TRIAL.
ALDF Update Nov 2, 2011: Judge Michael Caldwell ruled in favor of ALDF's lawsuit to free Tony from Tiger Truck Stop in Grosse Tete,LA. Caldwell agreed with ALDF's argument that the permit that allows Sandlin to keep Tony was unlawfully issued by the LDWF.The judge ordered the LDWF to revoke current permit & prohibited issuance of any new permits to the Truck Stop.

i got a new b/g. another user being slandered. daryl. at that time, daryl was offline for about 2 to 3 months cos his old computer broke down. i know this for a fact cos he was pissed he lost all his hawkwind vids LOL!!!! his dad's made gave him an old one he had so daz used it for a year then it died on him christmas past. again, lotsa hawkwind gone like the wind! he wasn't a happy anarchist i can tell ye :(
