Well, with it being Winter and all, the cold air does come from the North in the Northern Hemisphere just like how it does for those in the Southern Hemisphere when its Winter there, but how far it goes depends on the air currents, but yes Florida does get its fair share of the cold, but its unusual this year because we only gotten 7 cold days since Winter started...well below the average.

Dude, its Winter, and like warm fronts, cold fronts pass on by the entire United States, but cold fronts exist yearly. How else do you think tornados form? Sometimes when conditions are right...well, I think the people on the Weather Channel can explain it better than I can. I appreciate the help you wish to do for me, but I have this habit of wanting to do things on my own, no offense. While I don't do EV training, I have learn a few things in the past 2 years about it from another fellow YTer, but EV training isn't my style since I prefer having fun in battles over winning, plus it gives me good satisfaction that I get my squad to Lv. 100 on my own, but I'll keep your proposal to help in mind.

I don't use that GTS thing because its full of...well...crappy people, so I can't answer that question about legendaries and Master Balls. I prefer to do the whole FC trade.
