@TheFrankson77 It was pretty rough for me as well so stick with it - keep trying to get further and further through each video and eventually push yourself to finish the workouts. Try pacing yourself as well - no need to do 40 pullups each set like Tony does

@garmister1982 I started going to the gym and working on things that p90x can't help you with - and that's a little extra mass in the chest and legs.... Not looking to get huge - I want to stay athletic, but a little bigger

@ADay2Rememb3r that program doesn't even touch insanity - quite frankly nothing touches insanity's toughness, I felt like Rushfit was a walk in the park compared to either beachbody programs...

@mysticxhobo check out my other videos but - this will help you get cut... but ultimately I feel going to the gym was the best thing and applying what you learn from p90x and insanity at the gym...
