So why so many women there wear pantyhose? Well why not? This is how it's always been and in some countries it just hasn't changed.

So why do Russian, Polish, Czech and Eastern European women dress so good? First let me get this straight. They're not in anticipation of receiving any money for doing it. So if you see a woman in a pair of pantyhose with a skirt and sandals from Europe, she's not soliciting, this is how she and everyone she knows dresses on an average day, even when they're at home. And they're not in anticipation of marrying western men.

So then why do they do it? Because in their country everyone does it. Their mother. Their aunt. Their teacher. Their neighbor. And so if everyone dresses by what's thought of in western countries as "hot", everyone else does it too. Even if they're fat. And even if they're old. And even if they're ugly. It doesn't matter. Eastern European women dress. Period. Peer pressure and local ways this is the reason. Not anticipition of marriage. And not in anticipation of money. Looking hot is just something that Eastern European women do and it's because they all do it. And none of these girls have any clue ever that to the westerners they could even look hot because they for example wear their normal black leather boots up to their knees with a pair of suntan pantyhose or black pantyhose, even if they're only getting some bread, eggs, and milk in the grocery store. The way you see these girls dress this something everyone where they come from does and is used to seeing everyday, all the time, and by local standards it does not even look hot at all. It looks hot only to someone who doesn't live in Eastern Europe, or lives where women never wear pantyhose except to the office or for business meetings, and it does especially to Americans where women never dress except for defined occasions like business meetings or the office where it's a requirement, which translates to the same as that they simply don't dress.
