    ...and you can see that it is not as easy as it looks. But I agree, a GFCF diet can only help an autistic child (or any child for that matter, as a GFCF diet tends to be healthier regardless,) and the effort is well worth it in the end. Thanks for stopping by!

    mandi - Thanks for your kind words! But if it were easy to make kids eat things they didn't like, then every kid would be eating veggies every night. :) Add in the chemical addiction for autistic children, and the fact that when an autistic child resists something they don't just stomp their foot and pout, they might tear apart the room and smash their head against the floor...
