There is a simple way to see the facts about this video. At around 225 (that's two 45 plates on EACH side of a 45 pound bar) the bar bends when you pick it up. For 310 pounds that bar didn't bend nearly enough.

And anyone can see that guy doesn't have the triceps to show for that kind of weight....
