This is a spin off of JKD. I think MMA is better for the street buy adding finger strikes, head butts and groin shots. KFM is another marketing product like other fitness products out there.

He was so out of shape on the stage and off. Ed Parker became famous because of Elvis taking his classes. Ed parker made a lot of money doing TV and low budget films. His Kenpo was nothing more than karate with limited kicks.

Benny was what Bruce Lee could have been if he competed. Benny was a mixed fighter, he was schooled in Judo, Wrestling and Kendo. He was as tuff as a street fighter. Sorry, Bruce, you should have competed. Bruce had the looks and the speed, but not the warriors way.

Always turning your back on your opponent is not very smart. This guy was a descent fighter, but he is now 50 pounds heavier and moves very slow. A lot of these Kenpo guys are so over weight.
