I totally agree with you on this one. Unfortunately the Joker was the criminal associated with these ridiculous plots like surfing and flying saucers. At least the blonde is hot and this is one of the few times we see Batman and Dick Grayson team up.

Damn Jimmy Marinas doesn't get the credit he deserves for singing lead as a drummer. Very few have done it over the years and his name never gets mentioned. Only guys like Don Henley, Phil Collins, Peter Criss, etc...

This song definitely has Gene written all over it. Guitars, bass, vocals and backing vocals. He should have laid this down on his solo album at least.

with all that has gone on with this band over the past 40 years, I am wondering why this song has never seen the light of day until now? This should have probably been released in the 1975-1977 period. It would have fit well on the box set or even Sonic Boom if it was re-done by the current band....

I agree with all when you say Ace's songs on unmasked saved the album, somewhat. I still think talk to me should have charted and it remains a big mystery to me to this very day why it did not.

I loved this scene but I guess the directors already felt that it was already made clear that Dirk's mind had already gone off the beaten path. I guess he felt there was no need to keep repeating it. This song was actually recorded by the band for the Love Gun album, but never made the final cut. It is also rumored that Gene wrote and recorded a demo with the Van Halen brothers of this song. I wonder if any of these recordings will ever see the light of day?

@zodwik According to Ace in an interview, Gene and Paul insisted that Ace and Peter have only one song each on the Psycho Circus album and that's all. I guess they liked into the void better?
