Groupe de musique " engagé"
Basé essentiellement sur les grands opéras rock de l'histoire de la musique contemporaine tels que Tommy ou encore Quadrophénia des Who, le projet vise à relier la musique à l'image.
L'histoire, relatée au travers des morceaux interprétés par le groupe, se situe à la fin du 21ème siècle, en 2084. Il s'agit d'une réflexion artistique et d'une question existentielle sur l'avenir " chaotique " qui nous attend.
Comment vivrons-nous dans 60-70 ans ? Vers quelle société pourraient mener nos choix, nos négligences envers la planète ou notre attitude vis-à-vis de nos propres congénères du genre humain ? Quel avenir pour les sociétés en voie de développement ? Quelles seraient les conséquences d'une politique aveugle visant uniquement le profit par les guerres injustes, et une politique génocidaire visant à réduire la population mondiale ?
Toutes ces questions actuelles nous ont menés à la création d'un monde futuriste dans lequel l'homme, devenu un numéro, n'a plus ni droit, ni liberté, si ce n'est le droit à la survie. Inspiré également par l'ouvrage de Georges Orwell, « 1984 », ce monde totalitaire est contrôlé non pas exclusivement par « Big Brother » mais par le nouvel ordre mondial « Fake Angel » dont la milice terrorise la population et la réduit au silence par la force et la torture.
La renaissance
L'homme, éternellement interrogateur et doué d'intuition, se réveillera au prix de sacrifices importants. C'est la musique et l'art qui l'aideront dans cette tâche.
Découvrant un ancien tourne-disque dans le sous-sol d'un immeuble, le héros découvre la musique, alors interdite pour son côté potentiellement subversif et parvient à ouvrir son esprit par ce biais. Cette découverte le fera sortir de sa léthargie et sera à la base de tout un processus de renaissance menant à une prise de conscience par rapport à un système ultra-répressif.
La révolte
Organisé et décidé à provoquer un changement, le héros diffusera sa découverte et tentera de rallier à sa cause un maximum d'autres personnes afin d'entamer un combat collectif contre le système en place, sortir de l'esclavage, éradiquer l'oligarchie dominante et violente, par la force, et les armes intellectuelles.
La victoire
Comme toute conviction, c'est par la conscience collective qu'elle finira par s'imposer. La musique, vecteur culturel par excellence, à la portée de tous, sera le rempart de la victoire face aux « Fake Angels ».
Pourquoi la musique ?
La musique et l'art en général ont toujours existé en tant que vecteur d'idées. L'art, le vrai, neutre échappant à tout formatage, à toute structure préexistante, représente probablement le meilleur moyen de réapprendre à un homme à penser par lui même tout en le touchant au plus profond de son âme. John Lennon a certainement été l'un des artistes s'étant le plus engagé pour la paix dans le monde. Que serait devenu « Hurricane », sans Bob Dylan ? Le groupe « Black Sabbath » via le titre « War Pigs » s'est activement opposé à la guerre du Vietnam, comme tant d'autres artistes de l'époque. Tant d'exemples existent pour démontrer l'influence de l'art et de la musique sur les mentalités et la conscience collective. Il s'agit d'un thème que nous avions, nous aussi, très envie d'aborder.
