I receive that question alot, and to be honest with you there's probably about a million answers to it. FL Studio is very hard when it comes to empathizing the sounds and make them sound realistic, and it took me years before mastering that special technique. My main advise would be to practice mastering (use the Fruity Parametric EQ as a start), and automate more or less any effect you put on, heck, I even do automation clips for every knob I turn on, for every switch I flick. It will look messy on your project file, but it will be worth it.

Hope that helped you at least a bit, it's hard to explain it to you in text like this, but when it comes down to it, practicing on a daily basis is the key.
