2. Eating a hamburger is better than nothing.
Therefore, eating a hamburger is better than eternal happiness.

(yes, I am aware this is a faulty syllogism, thats the point)

1 Christian theology teaches that people are saved by faith in the Christian God (i.e. trust in the empirically unprovable).
2 If the Christian God's existence can be proven, either empirically or logically, to that extent faith becomes unnecessary or irrelevant.

Therefore, if Christian theology is true, no immediate proof of the Christian God's existence is possible
(after careful analysis, I have found this syllogism to be faulty....see if you can find the fault. Christians it should be easier for you to find the fault. and this is coming from an atheist)
