To me, I think BF3 is better multi player wise, because the environment changes, due to building damage etc. Plus vehicles. In a nutshell more options in play. Not to mention, Im sorry but BF3 graphics blow MW3's out of the water. Cant say anything about campaign, I really dont play single player.
