There would be no controversy in this issue, if we just let each penis-owner decide for himself. Even if you thought women without their clitoral hood were more attractive, cleaner and healthier, that still does not give you the right to cut off your newborn baby's clitoral hood(biologically analogous to foreskin; female circumcisions involving only the amputation of the clitoral hood happen in parts of Indonesia for example).
Sorry I have to make the point so directly to you, it's just that this is an irreversible surgical amputation of a healthy body part done to a non-consenting member of our society. Plus in some cases, the future man's foreskin is sold, for an additional profit on the procedure, to biomedical companies for research and even sometimes used in manufacturing cosmetic wrinkle creams, all without the parents knowledge or obviously the permission of the person whose penis it is.

Circumcision always cuts off all of the Taylor's Ridged Band and part to all of the Frenulum. All action on the shaft is wasted on these erogenous structures. Action must be directly applied to the erogenous Frenulum, if any exists.
Circumcision cuts off 65%-85% of the sexual receptors (85% when the frenulum is scraped off,infant; cut out, adult) which leaves 15% sexual receptors located at the glans corona which is overpowered by the moe populous pain/thermal receptors located throughout the glans, ration 5%/95%.
