Thanks for Sharing Saved!! Much appreciated Kind Regards, MP friends
The Face of Imperialism, 2011;
Dr Michael Parenti adds shocking new evidence to the litany of injustices visited upon victims of U.S. imperialism: expropriation of their communal wealth and natural resources, complete privatization and deregulation of their economies, loss of local markets, deterioration of their living standards, a growing debt burden, and the bloodstained suppression of their democratic movements.

This is an exciting commentary on the widening division between rich and poor and how "sending blankets and food over the wall" is not working. "Rich Westerners" are to blame with our selfish perceived needs and the "babyishness" with which we make our food choices. It's long past time to grow up.

Stop teaching poor people the 'God' commanded them to "Go forth, and prosper". Teach Men in backward paternalistic/chauvanistic societies that it is NOT "Macho", that it is NOT a, "Sign of 'True Manliness'" to have so many children - when they obviously cannot feed, clothe, educate them. Teach people that 100 Cattle are NOT an appropriate 'Bride Price', etc., etc..
The fault does NOT lie with just us 'Rich Westerners'; I'm a 44 year old American; by most peoples standards (though I'm a mere SSD Pensioner!) I'm ENVIABLY WEALTHY; but I neither have children - nor do I plan on having any, unless I ADOPT them!
