Looking forward for a response video from u :-) pls check the recipe in my website (www.kumigar.com); special tips: not to fill in the coconut cream in the tart as it could overflow; the fruit roti will sink to the bottom of the tart (fyi); i suppose you can make the roti by cooking the sliced fruits in a saucepan at med-low heat for faster result (than baking in oven for over an hour); you can definitely reduce the amount of butter for the tart dough by 1/3!! good luck!
