Keep working at it. There's potential there, but you need to FEEL the music. This reminds me more of an aerobics work out than a belly dance. I just didn't feel a connection. I hope you are taking lessons from an instructor who can help you work on expression.

Sometimes you just have to step out of the ultra serious and have some fun! Belly dance is a gorgeous, ethnic dance and I have the utmost respect for it but we can't be afraid to step out and just have some fun sometimes!

I wish the camera person would just stay still. I want to see the dancer, not close ups of her chest and weird angles moving back and forth that make me sea sick! I want to watch her dance!
