These guys were so great that they use to bring entire crowds to their feet all at once just because the crowd was overwhelmed with emotion. Sorry, this is, I assume, some very early Wings and on its' own strength, I don't believe it would have made past the label heads. Because Paul was in the band, this early stuff was big news. When this album came out believe it or not, everyone was comparing Paul's work to that which he did in The Beatles and as I remember, this album got slammed critically. I didn't like it and not til Band on the Run did I nor the critics change our thoughts about the quality of his work on his own....

Such musical brilliance will never be heard as these four guys presented it.

From the very first album to the very last and everything in between, The Beatles were complete and their work is perfection just as it is!

It's amazing how many ways McCartney has played those chords (you know G, F,A, C etc.), so simple and yet all these melodies just keep coming. You'd think he'd run out of the melodies but so far not so!
