dude you're a friggin. IT IS the thermistor(HEAT SENSOR). it is located directly beneath the main CPU. when you do a REFLOW do NOT heat up the Main CPU. the Thermistor will MELT (it has a silicone jacket and melts when you take a torch/heat gun to it). the solution is to REBALL the unit. this inv...
