@johnsarangel if you only have one skid on a building, it's technically not a landing, it's just a touch. I have heard of this before and I think it's just a technical inaccuracy to call it a landing, I'm not saying you can't *touch* one skid of a helicopter to a building while it's still hovering.

If you look carefully the screaming man and his wayward pet were digitally added to the video by the "nature loving" cameraman, as an excuse for his disturbing the deer with his curiosity, He woulda got away with it too, if it wasn't for those pesky kids.
