omg i tohught this would have had all three bands couldnt imagine that many drumsets vocalists and guitarists/bassists playing at the same time lol

amazing results iam on my second rotation its not working as well but i think iam gettign there started 6,4 285 lbs overall musclular but nothing definned now iam 295 but much more muscle maybe iam doing soemthing wrong but i aitn loosing the fat as well as u have o well again amazing results :D

i live in a different nation than you but i must say i respect everyhting you have to say and i agree entirely its unfortunate the way things are happening in all nations these days i remember when america was the nation of strong people with great freedom but at least some of the strong people...
