I am Nutrition student in liverpool university, i have had a keen interest in keeping fit for a long time now, iv always been had an athletic build but have moved more into the bodybuilding/muscle building aspect, Im currently going to be discussing the various supplements that I use and have used along my journey. Sorry Guys but i have taken down my posing videos and turning this into a nutrition channel after all I am a training nutritionist. Maybe when I reach my ideal physique i'll post a new video!
