The first files will be made available in Spring 2008 and the process is expected to take three years.
The MoD has received reports of over 10,000 UFO sightings since the UFO project was set up in 1950.

TOKYO (UPI) -- You can add the name of Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Nobutaka Machimura to the list of those who definitely believe in UFOs from space.
"How else do you explain those various unexplainable things like Nazca," he said, referring to mysterious giant drawings of animals and other figures in southern Peru.
