About Chris Kehoe: Chris holds certifictions with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT), Specialist in Performance Nutrition (SPN),Endurance Trainer (ET) and Fitness Therapy (FT). Chris is also Certified in (CPR-AED) wirh the American Heart Association (AHA). He has had a lifelong interest in health and wellness. Chris is currently attending Kaplan University to obtain his Bachelor's degree in health and wellness. Chris has also participated in high school athletics as a member of the physical fitness team at Christopher Columbus High School in the Bronx, NY, where he competed in track and field as well as callistetics events. Chris is very familiar with all of the aspects of personal training and nutrition coaching.
