@833P I think you'll find this was an issue off what was going to be their 4th album. ie 1984, but they split before any other songs were recorded. Randy's ego was in full swing and unbalanced the band unfortunately.

Beautiful version of this evergreen. And off what must be one of the most underrated albums of 1975. Thanks for posting this.

I really can't think of any 'rock' piano performance that can touch this. I'm so sad he never played more of the same for the rest of his career. This is just wonderful, and always gets the juices flowing. Bless dear Oliie.

@iwokeuphalfundressed Very well sussed, as most of this was composed & created on computer. Some great songs, screwed up with the technology that wooed Andy at the time. Just stick a band in a studio and friggin' do the thing. ;-)

@BillyJoeVegas What a great shame. I suggest you un-stow them, get yourself a proper deck and enjoy what you've been missing. If they are transfered to mp3 format, they will carry 11 times less musical information than cd, and cd carries 5 times less information than vinyl. What are you waiting f...

@oxfordbiker I was a fan of the Man band, saw them a couple of times, never saw the Helps, sadly. I think the Helps were a lot more inventive and certainly less affected by the passing of years.

@weskoki I have a pair of original S100's, had them for 15 years or so now. Basically what you see here, only slightly modified. I don't think I'll ever have need to change them, they are perfect on so many levels. A life investment.
