I'm currently working on improving my own mental and physical health by boycotting the following products: caffeine, alcohol, aspartame, sugar, chlorine, MSG, and dairy. I'm also working on improving my shape by exercising all major muscle groups on a regular basis.
I do plan on making some videos for YouTube in the future and they will most likely be about health, politics, or religion so keep in touch.....
