FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE! this is at lest newer than 2001 and will have a manditory 105 kph limiter, even if it doesnt, a truck going that fast would be bumping around too much for the driver to hold a camera on the speedo, i think its a jammed meter since the needle isn't moving
