To everyone who has been real to me and not about the subscription they are getting, examples include Matt Hawes and superlunary, I say thank you. I intend on posting videos of my own as soon as I can buy a new computer that can handle it. I have a camera and about 50 tapes with footage, and the software to make videos. My desktop is piece of junk. I am saving all my spare change to buy a new sexy and fast laptop.

Interests and Hobbies: I play guitar, but it turns out that it is only for my enjoyment according to a close friend who has heard me play. I am a poet. Mostly unpublished.
Movies and Shows: I am a fan of The Venture Brothers, and lots of classic TV. What clasic TV? Well, anything animated is cool. I love the original Star Trek. Black Adder, Black Books, Red Dwarf, Dr. Who, M*A*S*H (early seasons) Simpsons (not the most recent seasons, however), All in the Family, 6 Feet Under, and so on...
My favorite movies are Tarkovsky's The Sacrifice, Gandhi, Barry Lyndon, Andre Rublev, Citzen Kane, The Third Man, 2001, 1984, Seven Samuri, Brazil, Rear Window, Rope, Vertigo, Annie Hall, The Godfather, Dr. Strange Love, The Stalker, Touch of Evil, Star Wars IV, 400 Blows, and so on...
Music: I enjoy just about any sort of music. I was however trained in classical music and love jazz. The blues also will get me started in any discussion, of which Chicago has a great history of. A lot of the bands today, rock, are great, but I don't like country and western, except for old-old country and western, Johnny Cash is as modern as I will go for.
Books: Tom Jones (not the singer), Under The Volcano, mythology, Proust...on the poetry side I think Yeats and Whitman, along with Rilke is better than 98% of poetry today. For modern stuff I love Phil Larkin, Mary Oliver, some confessional stuff, but good examples such as Plath.
