Today however, knowing that there are simply people, with eyes of love and some with eyes of hate in the world, I realize that the bible contains both, and I must remember it's just a book, like many others, written by human beings. If there is a "creator" who is a personage, in the tangible sense, I highly doubt it would use archaic human mediators to relay it's instructions for mankind in the form of writings on tablets and paper. If anything, the celestial tales anthropomorphized in the bible are far better when saught directly and astronomically.

Concerning a zeal for the entirety of "Torah", I have long left that whim in the past. Numbers 31:17-18 and many other atrocious verses found in the Pentateuch leave me to question the mercy and humility of the bible deity. I once did appreciate all of it, until I approached a study of it from both sides, without bias. I found that my bias preconceived devout admonition of the Torah superseded my ability to be illuminated when studying the text.

Over the years when dealing with the bible, I have come to believe in separating the wheat from the chaff. It's 66 different books, written by different people, different times, under different circumstances. It's a great collection in many ways, in others it's atrocious. My personal favorites are the proverbs, sermon on the mount and some of Paul's letters. If it expresses love and humility, I'm all for it. You could say I appreciate what Solomon, Yeshua (as quoted by the author of "Matthew"), and Saul of Tarsus said. Of course, I don't care for all of Saul's words... Especially his evil speak about women (1 Cor 7)

Your incomplete argument just got shot in the face with Vedic śastra.

Fools deride Me when I descend in the human form. They do not know My transcendental nature and My supreme dominion over all that be. [Bhagavad-gītā As It Is, 9.11]

I'm not interested in emotional arguments; perhaps you could detach a bit from your impersonal conception of the Absolute Truth and take in a greater perspective.

oṁ pūrṇam adaḥ pūrṇam idaṁ
pūrṇāt pūrṇam udacyate
pūrṇasya pūrṇam ādāya
pūrṇam evāvaśiṣyate

The Personality of Godhead is perfect and complete, and because He is completely perfect, all emanations from Him, such as this phenomenal world, are perfectly equipped as complete wholes. Whatever is produced of the Complete Whole is also complete in itself. Because He is the Complete Whole, even though so many complete units emanate from Him, He remains the complete balance. [Śrī Īśopaniṣad, Invocation]

Everything you have just said is great, but it's incomplete. Just like I'm trying to tell Gutman. There are demigods and there is God. Worshipping demigods is for less intelligent persons. The Sun Salutation is just that, a salutation. Like I say Namaste to you, which means I see and respect and honor the Divine in you. We are infinitesimal emanations of G-d. But how can one say that G-d, who by definition is the Supreme Being and infinite power, cannot advent Himself in a form? Why can God not have a form? This is a limitation on the Infinite. God is all-pervading, yes. This is Paramātma, the Supersoul, Who gives life and sustains this material manifestation. But God is also a sovereign individual with a form, many, innumerable forms or, plenary expansions. The Vedic ontology is complete. As far as switching back, it's not hard you just have to find the option! WHich I cannot remember but try top left drop down menu.
