I started editing in November of 2007. I found an old first volume copy of Bleach that my brother left behind before he went to college and immediately fell in love with Rukia. I wanted to see more of her so I went on youtube and typed in her name, the first result was "Funny Love: Ichigo & Rukia" by ChappiRukia. Unfortunately the AMV isn't on youtube anymore but that was the first one I ever saw and that's what made me want to start making my own videos, and of course I started with Ichigo & Rukia.

Most good editors nowadays may see that old video and think that it's not very good technique wise, but it still holds a great deal of value to me. I think this kind of thing is a good reflection of how any kind of video, as long as there's some feeling behind it, can be inspiring. I hope that eventually my videos can also inspire people to join the AMV community and strut their stuff!
