hey there! my name is sekar (:
i play guitar and it's pretty much what keeps me occupied(dorky, i know), although i don't have a name for it.
sing? i do that too much apparently. yeah it gets annoying when you live with a teenage girl who spits out mushy love songs and writes songs about well, puppy love. but i'm cool with that, i'm workin on the deep-ness of my lyrics haha.
i also love to dance. i took ballet for a year and i'm on my school's dance team.
one thing you didn't know about me? well- idk if it's an easy guess, but yeah i'm indonesian. not filipino (: i'm in a traditional music group known as "rumah gadang" and we spread our culture through songs and dance. i find it as a great opportunity to perform, we've participated at the richmond national folk festival, and at a program at the national cathedral.
