Thankyou for telling us your story. I am wanting to transition myself and when I spoke to my mother about my plans on transitioning she had quite alot of preconceived ideas about the whole thing. She had this crazy idea that oneday I would pop some pill and then the next day I was going to be walking around dressed like something out of Priscilla: Queen of the Desert.. (which we all know is far from reality!)
I sat down with her and we watched several videos and one that we watched was the one about you. She now realises we are pretty "normal" people just trying to be our true selves. Thanks again... you're an inspiration to us all! :)
