Just had this done yesterday around noon. My surgery took about 3 hours because my nose was pretty f'd up. Couldn't breath my whole life. Pain after surgery is minimal. Just a lot of blood flowing afterwards and at night. Not as bad as I was expecting. Thanks Joe for getting me through pre-surger...
