The Ch'nook Program has concluded the 2007 iBiz workshop series and would like to announce the winning entry from many creative commercials developed by the students.

Since March 2007, seven regional workshops were held with participation from 20 schools and 80 students. A total of 25 commercials were entered into the competition and many were put on You Tube.

With great difficulty, Rocky Mountain Flatbread and Ch'nook have chosen a winning entry based on the following criteria:

The commercial must reach the target customer
The commercial must get viewers attention
The commercial must get the key message across
The commercial must demonstrate creativity
The commercial must include one or more team members and demonstrate teamwork

There was a collection of commercials that excelled in these areas. We would like to give an honorable mention to the following teams:

McRoberts Secondary School - CAT Team
Parkside Secondary School - Panthers
Vancouver Technical Secondary School - Team 3

With great pleasure we congratulate Caledonia Angels from Caledonia Secondary School in Terrace. This team will receive iPod Shuffles for each team member and their school will receive a Mac Computer.

The workshops would not have been possible without the generous contributions from Rocky Mountain Flatbread and the helpful assistance of principals, teachers and staff from all locations.
