@OUTDOORSGY09 If you're doing a full out sprint and jumping as high as you possibly can then you are not conditioning or building endurance. Endurance would pacing yourself over a much longer distance or doing something like jump roping.

That hoop is not 9'10". The hoop measures at 5.7cm and you measure at 3.6cm in the video. Take your height of 5.83' divided by 3.6 and that gives you the relation of the videos centimeters into feet. Which equals 1.61. Take that and multiple it by 5.7 and that gives you 9.23', which converts to 9...

@aleks7ai I completed the safe rider course and this is the first lesson they have you practice. My advice to you is to sign up as soon as the courses become available online. They fill up very quick and you don't want to have to wait 3 months like I did as a walk-on. Good luck and safe riding!
