"Under certain circumstances, you may dispute this copyright claim. These are: * if the content is mistakenly identified and is actually completely your original creation; * if you believe your use does not infringe copyright (e.g. it is fair use under US law); * if you are actually licensed by the owner to use this content."
From the Youtube dispute form. Pay attention to the second option.

When your video gets claimed, copy and paste the following into the dialog box at the second bullet point (in the dispute form).

After that, type in the good faith statement (or copy/paste, it really doesn't matter), use your real name (Youtube can be trusted, and this is a real legal issue), and submit the claim, and in a few seconds to a day, your video will be back. Guaranteed.
