@jtwong87 They didn't, as you can see at 3:52, it is displayed on the screen on the background and that's the picture this video is showing. Also if you look closely then you can see that audience is not looking at these virtual objects at all, they are looking at the screen on the background.

@BT859 You can't really say that Marines are OP, it all depends on the situation you're currently in. For example if i play Terran then they are fine, but when i play other races then they are OP indeed.
