I'm a married mom of 2 girls age 13, and 16. I am deaf since birth (profoundly deaf). I hear with the help of hearing aids.

I am currently being screened for candidacy to having a cochlear implant.

My husband is also deaf he has no hearing at all, nothing helps - we communicate in ASL sign language. Our kids are 100% hearing.

I love music, sewing, poetry and beading.
