@hmongRBG depends on you and for the love of the sport, maybe you just train for looks, i train at the gym to go out and do amature fights, plus training by yourself isnt like training at the gym, hitting mits with the coaches and them advising you to become a better boxer helps alot

sloppy flat footed foot work, but i guess its a start at my gym when we work on foot work we dont shadow box at the same time it helps you concentrate on your foot work, then you later know how to combine punches to your foot work, then you shadow box.
